Yes, we provide all the necessary chemical supplies and equipment. If you prefer, we use your products, we are happy to accommodate that request.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products, especially important for all businesses, offices, daycares, homes, families, pet-friendly and sensitive environments.
We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially during peak moving season. That being said, we understand that moves don’t always go according to plan, so we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Please give us a call and we’ll work something out.
The cost of our commercial cleaning services varies depending on a few factors: the size of your property, the frequency of cleaning, and the scope of the services you need. To get an accurate quote, we offer a free on-site estimate where we can assess your specific needs and provide a custom quote.
To ensure your service goes smoothly, we suggest that you:
Communicate openly and clearly with your cleaner when giving instructions.
De-clutter your home (by clearing counters and tables, putting away toys, clothes, and accessories).
The less time the cleaners spend decluttering your home before they can actually clean, the better the results will be.
Please Note: Extreme clutter/hoarding is considered an exclusion.
Performing a walkthrough at the beginning and end of each appointment.
This eliminates any gray area and sets clear expectations for both you and your cleaner.
Making sure you indicate any areas you would like cleaners to focus on (or avoid altogether) in advance.
Remember, each customer has different expectations. To make sure yours are met, make sure to communicate clearly.
Our professional housecleaning services are designed to keep your home comfortable and clean. There are a few areas that we don't specialize in or that we don't handle for the efficiency and safety of our cleaners. These include:
o Cleaning the inside of fireplaces
o Cleaning toys
o Mold:
o Some amount of pink/orange mildew, or even darker mold, is common in some homes. Don't worry- the cleaners can clean small amounts of mold. Large amounts of mold in shower areas, on walls, etc. can affect air quality and pose a health safety issue. The cleaners can’t clean in rooms that are heavily affected by mold, or in homes with heavy mold infestations.
o Weight:
* We have a 30 lb. weight limit for safety reasons. Moving smaller items like dining table chairs, small ottomans, etc. to clean under is perfectly ok. If you would like any heavier furniture or appliances cleaned under, you're welcome to move it and the cleaners will be happy to clean under it upon request.
o Extensive grease or fire damage

o Heights:
* There is a limit to a 2 foot or shorter step stool. Safety is of the utmost importance to us. Please keep in mind that in most cases, the tops of standard kitchen cupboards are approximately the maximum limit of height. Some lighting fixtures may also be out of reach.

Absolutely. Our pre- and post-construction service includes removal of dust, debris, and full detailing of the area for move-in readiness.
Time varies depending on size, service type, and condition of the area. We always provide an estimated timeframe during your quote based on a walkthrough or virtual consultation to give you a personalized quote.

Yes—weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans are available at discounted recurring rates.
We bring professional experience, detail-focused results, reliability, and care. We take pride in leaving spaces spotless, fresh, and welcoming every time.
While we can’t always guarantee same-day service, we understand that moving timelines can change. Please contact us and we’ll do everything possible to fit you in. We keep some flexibility in our schedule specifically for emergency situations.
If you won’t be home when the cleaners arrive, please inform us of the location of your key or key box. Should we be unable to gain entry to your home within 20 minutes of arrival, we will be required to depart, and the appointment will be subject to the full cleaning service amount.
Appointments will be scheduled automatically according to the predetermined timetable, unless you modify your schedule at least 72 hours (3 days) notice to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment without incurring any additional charges. Payments are required in advance of each session.
Your Velusis recurring cleaning services automatically renews based on the selected frequency and the date of subscription. (If you subscribe biweekly on May 1, your next appointment would be on May 15th)
